Famos Rotary Heat Sealer, F220DBC.

Famos heat sealers feature temperature, speed and pressure measuring and monitoring via extra sensors. If at any time a variance outside safe tolerances in any of the parameters is detected, the operator is alerted and results documented.

The sealer pre-heats to correct temperature and temperatures are thereafter controlled, there is no variance outside safe tolerances.

It has a pre-set self adjusting pressure to ensure the best possible seal.

The rotary function feeds the pack through on heated rollers ensuring sealing time is guaranteed by having the transport speed pre set.

Special Features of  F220DBC:

Includes the features of the 220DEP which are: The option to print thirty characters of additional text next to the packaging date, expiry date and alphanumeric codes on the back of packaging material. It can also print dates, codes and text on an external printer, and store up to 799 texts.This model includes a COM port for PC programing of text and data.

As well as incorporating a second printer for additional text or barcodes. (Barcodes are generated by commercially available software via PC connection to the sealer for printing).
